Our main goal is for you to be happy with the products you purchase. For this reason, we have a flexible returns policy, always in accordance with existing legislation and the terms of the companies / manufacturers of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request to exchange or return the product and ask for a refund or credit.

Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns of the items from piccolo.gr

Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt

    1. Products must be packaged securely to be protected during transport
    2. The products must have been purchased exclusively from piccolo-fashion.gr
    3. The products must be in excellent condition, unused, not washed and in their original packaging with all their labels and tags
    4. The products must be accompanied with the necessary documents (retail receipt or invoice and Return Form)
    5. Defective products can only be replaced with the same products
    6. For hygiene reasons, returns on socks and underwear are not accepted.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us to explain why you want to return the products.

  2. In case of a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the product in question at [email protected] to facilitate communication between us and for the manufacturer to accept the product return.

  3. You can download the Return Form HERE, fill it in and send it to us by email at [email protected]

  4. Package the product so that it is protected during shipment.

  5. Send the parcel with the courier company that we will indicate to you at the address AG. Nikolaou 100, Ilion.

**Transportation costs for defective products are borne by www.piccolo-fashion.gr.

Exchange Procedure

In case you want to return a product because you changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong size, color etc, and should the aforementioned terms and conditions be met:

  1. Contact us to explain why you want to exchange the products.

  2. Download the Return Form HERE, fill it in and send it to us by email at [email protected]

  3. Package the product so that it is protected during shipment.

  4. Send the parcel with the courier company of your choice* at the address AG. Nikolaou 100, Ilion.

* Transportation costs for exchanges are set by the courier companies and are borne by the customer.

Alternatively, you have the option of sending the product by ELTA courier with recipient charge. However, you will be charged 5 euros for receiving the exchange item, regardless of order volume.

**The return process is completed in an average of 5 working days from the receipt of the items.
