How can I order?

1. Online:
By entering piccolo-fashion.gr you place your order by clicking on the product you are interested in choosing the size and color and by pressing the "add to cart" button. Following the step by step instructions, you will complete your order, having the option for it to be delivered to the address of your choice or pick it up from our store.

2. Email or Social Media:
You can send us the item codes you are interested in via Facebook Messenger or via a Direct Message on Instagram. We will reply to you as soon as we receive your message.

3. By Phone:
Write down the item codes of the products you are interested in and call us at 6955268690. We will assist you with any question you may have, and guide you to choose the products that will meet your needs. We are available from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.

4. In-Store:
We will be happy to meet you in person at our physical store located at Ag. Nikolaou 100 str, 13123 Ilion.
The Store is open on Monday-Wednesday-Saturday from 09.00 to 14.00, and on Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 09.00 to 13.30 & from 17:00 to 20:30.

In-store purchases are made either by cash or by debit and credit card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the products are available, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days from the day you placed your order.

Do you ship abroad?

If you are interested in shipping abroad, you can send us your request at [email protected] or call us at 6955268690.

Can I request my product / products in a gift box?

Yes, you can opt for a gift wrap towards the completion of your order, by clicking on the "Gift Wrap" checkbox.

Can I cancel my order?

In case you want to cancel the order, please call us stating your order number, or cancel automatically via an email.

How are orders sent / delivered?

Orders are delivered by the courier companies we collaborate with.

How much is the shipping cost?

+€5 for orders under €69

Free shipping for orders over €70.

Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?

In order to complete your purchase with credit / debit card, you are redirected to the secure website of Piraeus Bank, where you enter your credit / debit card details. This information is not shared with us. Your transaction and your card details are secured by Piraeus Bank.

Can I return what I bought?
