Free shipping for orders over €70.

If you wish to pay cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional €2 (for orders up to €69).

Delivery times range from 9am to 5pm. In case you are not available for pick up during this time slot, you can pick up from the courier company using the shipping code you have received via sms and email from piccolo-fashion.gr.

Should we encounter a problem processing your order (such as out of stock products from the manufacturer), one of our representatives will call you on the phone number you have provided, to offer the best possible solution.

All orders are processed the next business day from receiving your order. Weekends are not considered business days. In case the ordered products are not immediately available, we will ship your order as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

Delivery time may vary in some cases such as inaccessible areas / islands, during holiday periods or heavy workload of courier companies. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery times.

If, for any particular reason, you want to receive your order earlier than expected, you can call us so we can arrange that you have it as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you.
